* Christopher Tobe and Timothy McDonough have joined New England Pension Consultants (NEPC) as senior consultant and consultant, respectively. Prior to joining NEPC Tobe was director of pensions for AEGON Institutional Markets, and has also held positions with Fund Evaluation Group, the Kentucky State Auditor, and First Chicago NBD. McDonough was most recently a client service analyst with Wellington Management Company's global relationship management team. He has also held positions with Putnam Investments.
