*Brian King has been named public equity investment officer at the $9.6 billion Kansas Public Employees' Retirement System. King was previously KPERS' public markets investment analyst. Hudepohl & Associates assisted with the search. *Grantham Mayo Van Otterloo (GMO) has hired Marc Mayer as the firm's first ever CEO, a position he will assume in March.
