ICAP Hires New President

Institutional Capital (ICAP) has promoted Paula Rogers to the position of president, a newly created role at the large-cap value shop.
Rogers, who will remain on ICAPs investment management committee, will now oversee all business development, client services and operational areas at the firm. She reports to Jerrold Senser, CEO and CIO at ICAP.
Rogers has been with the firm for 12 years.
Meanwhile, Scott Weisenberger has also been promoted. He will now perform in the role of director of business development and client service, where he will report to Rogers. He was previously a senior VP at ICAP.
